These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Dome Terminal, including the website, desktop or mobile applications, account features, market data workflows, AI-assisted tools, bots, scripts, Academy content, alerts, portfolio tools, journal features, billing features and related services. By creating an account, downloading, accessing or using Dome Terminal, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
You may use Dome Terminal only if you can form a binding contract, are legally permitted to trade or use trading software in your jurisdiction, and are not barred from using the service by applicable law, sanctions, exchange rules or account restrictions. If you use Dome Terminal for a company, fund, desk, team or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Trading risk and no advice
Dome Terminal is software for analysis, education, research, workflow management, journaling, automation support and review. Dome Terminal does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or professional advice. Nothing in the product, website, Academy, AI output, bot workflow, alert, script, backtest, indicator, journal note, portfolio view or support response is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, trade, copy, automate or avoid any asset, instrument, strategy or market.
You are solely responsible for every trading decision, order, bot setting, exchange connection, risk limit, position size, leverage decision, market data interpretation and account outcome. Trading can result in partial or total loss of capital. Past performance, backtests, paper results, simulated results, AI commentary, risk scores and example workflows do not guarantee future results.
3. AI, bots, scripts and automation
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, overconfident or unsuitable for your situation. Bots, scripts, alerts and automated workflows can fail because of bugs, configuration mistakes, exchange outages, latency, rate limits, liquidity, slippage, spread changes, rejected orders, API changes, stale data, network failures, device issues or abnormal market conditions.
You must review, test and supervise automation before and during use. Safety gates, paper mode, emergency stops, risk limits, confirmations and warnings reduce operational risk but do not eliminate market risk, execution risk, system risk or user error. Dome may block, pause, limit or require confirmation for automation where account state, plan limits, safety policy, suspected abuse, provider status or legal risk requires it.
4. Market data and third-party providers
Dome Terminal may display real-time, delayed, cached, derived, simulated or third-party market data. Data may be missing, incorrect, delayed, incomplete or unavailable. You must verify important information before acting on it. Exchanges, brokers, payment processors, AI providers, data vendors, hosting providers and other integrations are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, data errors, API changes, rate limits, credential restrictions, order rejection, account suspension, policy changes or losses caused by third-party services. You are responsible for complying with the rules of every exchange, broker, data provider and jurisdiction you use.
5. Accounts, credentials and security
You are responsible for securing your account, devices, passwords, sessions, API keys, exchange credentials, wallet information and recovery methods. Do not share secrets, private keys or credentials in support messages, AI prompts, public content or screenshots. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected compromise.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe there is unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal risk, non-payment, violation of these Terms or harm to the service or other users.
6. Subscriptions, trials, billing and cancellation
Paid plans, trials, credits, usage limits, renewals, cancellations, refunds and taxes are governed by the plan terms shown at checkout or in your account. If a plan renews automatically, we will present material renewal terms before purchase where required. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes and renewal amounts until you cancel according to the cancellation flow available in your account or billing portal.
Unless required by law or expressly stated in a written plan term, fees are non-refundable and access may end when a subscription expires, is cancelled, is unpaid, is charged back or is terminated. We may change prices or plan features prospectively with reasonable notice where required.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Dome Terminal to break the law, manipulate markets, evade exchange rules, harm systems, scrape or resell data unlawfully, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, bypass plan limits, attack infrastructure, transmit malware, abuse support, harass others, infringe intellectual property, misrepresent results, or use the service in a way that creates legal, operational, security or reputational risk for Dome Terminal.
8. User content and product data
You retain ownership of your lawful journal entries, notes, prompts, imported content and other user content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, display, back up, troubleshoot and operate the service. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and appropriateness of content you upload or generate.
Do not upload content that you do not have rights to use. Do not rely on the service as your only recordkeeping system for tax, audit, regulatory, dispute or professional obligations. Export or back up important records where appropriate.
9. Intellectual property
Dome Terminal, including software, design, branding, UI, workflows, text, documentation, Academy material, model prompts, icons, trade names and related materials, is owned by Dome Terminal or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service according to your plan and these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dome Terminal is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, profitability, uninterrupted operation, data accuracy or error-free execution.
We do not warrant that the service will prevent losses, identify profitable trades, execute orders correctly, detect every risk, preserve every record, remain compatible with every provider, or be suitable for regulated, professional, fiduciary or institutional use without separate written agreement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dome Terminal and its owners, team members, contractors, affiliates, suppliers and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, trading losses, lost opportunity, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, exchange losses, liquidation, margin calls, tax consequences or damages arising from AI output, automation, market data, third-party services or user configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Dome Terminal for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 USD if no amount was paid.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dome Terminal and its owners, team members, contractors, affiliates, suppliers and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, trading activity, automation, content, integrations, violation of these Terms, violation of law, violation of third-party rights, or misuse of market data or provider credentials.
13. Changes, suspension and termination
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means where required. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend, limit or terminate access if required for security, legal compliance, provider requirements, non-payment, abuse, risk control or product integrity.
14. Governing terms and disputes
These Terms are intended to apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, liability limits or arbitration/class-action restrictions, so some provisions may not apply to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect. Any dispute must first be raised with Dome Terminal support so the parties can attempt informal resolution.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms, billing, account access, security concerns or legal notices should be sent through the contact page. Do not include private keys, seed phrases, exchange secrets or full payment details in any message.
