Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026. These Terms govern your use of the Dome Terminal website and the DomeHFT software.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website, purchasing a licence, or using DomeHFT, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service and licence

DomeHFT is trading software licensed, not sold. Each plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the number of users and devices stated for that plan. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the licensing of the software.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials and licence keys secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on the interval you select and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and must not use it to break the rules of any broker, exchange or venue, to infringe others' rights, or to compromise the security of the service.

6. No financial advice

DomeHFT is execution and analysis tooling. Nothing we provide is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to trade. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. See our Risk Disclaimer.

7. Third-party services

The software connects to third-party brokers, exchanges and data providers under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, execution or conduct.

8. Intellectual property

The software, website and brand are owned by Dome Terminal and protected by intellectual-property law. No rights are granted except the licence set out above.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dome Terminal is not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination your licence ends.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by applicable law. For questions, contact support@dometerminal.com.
